Merge onto HWY 580 E exit to HWY 24 toward Walnut Creek;
Exit onto HWY 13 South toward Hayward:
Take the Park Blvd exit, turn right onto Park Blvd.
Continue to first light and turn left on Leimert Blvd.
You will cross a bridge into a small commercial area.
Our building is called The OAKMORE PROFESSIONAL BUILDING and is located on your right.
Park for free on the street or use the parking meters nearby.

From HWY 24 West (from Contra Costa County)
Merge onto HWY 13 towards Hayward.
You will drive past Montclair.
Exit the freeway at Park Blvd.
Right off exit onto Park Blvd.
Continue to first light, LEIMERT.
Left on Leimert Blvd., then follow directions in box above.
From HWY 580 (from Hayward)
Take HWY 580 to HWY 13.
Exit Park Blvd.
Left off exit to Park Blvd.
Left on Park Blvd. to LEIMERT.
Left on Leimert, then follow directions above.
The building is open Monday – Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m..
If you have an appointment outside of the regular hours, We will provide a door code for your use prior to our session..
Once inside the building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Take two rights from the elevator and walk to the end of the hallway. Here on the left, you’ll find our waiting room.
