GENERAL FEE INFORMATION: YOUTH THERAPY GROUPS


Groups for young people require a pre-group interview attended by the parents and child, for which a separate fee is charged. In addition, post-group feedback sessions, attended by parents, are charged separately. These are generally 50 minute meetings.

The pre-group interview is needed to ensure that the group is appropriate for the client, that the client is a good fit for the group, and to share history, information and goals together.

The post-group feedback session is an equally important meeting to go over the work done in group and to share observations and make recommendations. Both are required elements of the group therapy process.

FEES are generally paid at the beginning of the month for the entire month.
There are no refunds for missed group sessions.
Your therapist will clarify fees with you individually prior to treatment beginning.

INSURANCE: We can provide written statements for you to submit to your insurance company after fees are paid in full.
